Cathy & Jessica | Roanoke VA Photographer

Jessica is 2…need I say more?!

This was the what I got when I said “Jessica, look at me!”

I love eyelashes, and I love how her feet aren’t even touching the ground!!

We were feeding the ducks. They weren’t sure about us.

Always on the move!

The bread for the ducks was too good to resist!

Beautiful eyes!

Then we played hide & seek….she found me!

She loves her Mama!

Grandma knew how to get some great smiles…She said “Scream”!

I usually tell little ones to see if they can see my eye in the camera lens. She’s searching hard!
“I found you!!!!”

More baby eyelashes and one with Mommy!

Time for a Tea Party! | Roanoke Va Children’s Photographer

If you’ve been a blog follower for a while, you’ll remember these little girls from this session at the beach a few years ago. My how they have grown! It was a beautiful evening for a tea party!!

I’m not sure the flowers smelled very good. But the girls sure looked cute giving it a try!

Don’t you just love her freckles!!

All she was missing was the raised pinkie finger!

This child is hysterical! She was so intent on pouring the “tea”. She thoroughly enjoyed the party!

One last walk before heading home!After our session, Emily changed the girls so they could go play at the park for a little while. While Emily and I were chatting and she was changing Ava, Ava stood on a chair right in front of me. She found my camera fascinating and clicked away at the shutter. I didn’t think a thing about it, but when I was sifting thru the photos, I came upon this gem! Ava’s self portrait!!! So adorable!

Puppies!

I don’t usually photograph pets unless they are part of a family and included in a family session. However, when my friend asked me to take a few photos of her brand new puppies, how could I resist these adorable faces!!! Enjoy!

Rachel & Josh & Baby Deacon | Maternity

I love keeping it all in the family! Rachel is Derrick’s sister and Caleigh’s sister-in-law. I was thrilled when she asked me to take maternity photos for she and her husband Josh! They are expecting their first baby, Deacon, in just a few weeks. I don’t think I have ever seen two people so in love with their child! They are head over heels, crazy in love and baby Deacon has them wrapped around his finger! And he isn’t even born yet!!! I can’t wait to meet him! Enjoy the “before” photos!
